What is the Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL)?
The Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) is a publicly available statewide list of training providers whose programs have demonstrated qualifications necessary to receive WIOA worker training funds. Most importantly, the ETPL empowers individuals to select training that best suits their individual career objectives.
How Does it Work?
With the assistance of America’s Job Center of California staff, participants determined eligible to receive training assistance select ETPL programs on the basis of individual employment planning and labor market demand.
How Do Training Providers Apply?
Currently thousands of training providers and their programs are available on the ETPL. If you are a provider and are interested in being listed on the ETPL, please contact the Ventura County Workforce Development Board Administration at (805) 477-5306.
